Sounds like giardia to me. You need to get a particular kind of antibiotic, I think Flagyl. You may need to hassle the doctor a bit to get it because they tend to just prescribe 'normal' antibiotics that are not useful.

Good news is that it really nocks it on the head, you'll notice a big difference with 24 hours.

Flagyl is what I had , now read this DO NOT HAVE ANY ALCOHOL not even mouth wash you are warned.
