Hi,

My wife is trying to apply for her UK visa online using the Visa4UK website.

When entering her email address and password details and clicking "next" she receives a red message saying

"There has been a problem saving your Application Security details. Please try again, ensuring the details entered are in the require format."

Has anyone encountered this problem before? Is the website closed on a Saturday?

Any help would be appteciated.

I got the same error, and I have tried multiple computers/ browsers but no luck ... maybe something is wrong with their website ... were u able to resolve this ?

No i still have the problem, maybe they close it for the weekend.

We are now writing out the application form by hand.

It's all part of their cunning plan to reduce the queue.

Are you sure? the info below is from the VFS website, though I have to stress I am not an expert.

I tried reaching out to the number listed on the WorldBridge page but the offices are open only M-F (9-5).

Has anybody else tried to contact a phone number or send them an email from that website ? I think if more people contact them, we might this resolved.

Im very sure settlement applications are on line only we are at UK/Vac twice weekly submitting applications.

Tried phoning the visa application centre 20 times this morning but we can't get through to them, i think they are not answering the phones!!

Anyone else been successful?
