I have found a solution for junk mail! They always include a card or envelope for my response which says that first class postage will be paid by the sender on delivery; I just glue it to a brick, put my return address on it, and drop it in the mailbox. It's usually the last I hear from them.

now to think of a SPAM eQuivilant...
