Two of the bars having Katoey's in Patpong are King's Castle 1 and King's Castle 2, lots of stunners, who, unfortunately, are very pushy as well. In fact my real woman, my wife, when she saw her, they both went to the bathroom for like 10 minutes and last I saw the ladyboy was taking the hike. So I wonder what my wife said to this ladyboy to make her walk. Then my wife sits with me sweet as pie. That whole night I was so scared I never shut my eyes to even sleep. I am missing something here? I do know if they have taken hormones regularly for 3 years, they may, because of reallocation of fatty tissue, reallocated as a woman is shape, including some facial fat distribution, and if this hormone useage is young in life, say before 20 years old, they pretty much look female anywhere on their bodies. Note, there are some highly intelligent Thai ladyboys who know combinations of hormones which significantly puts them far out front of their Western counterparts. So I was just wondering what you meant by mound? Please help me understand this better. Perhaps there is a way to ID Ladyboys better and that may help some concerned members who have answered with replies to this post. The only sure way to tell a Thai female is to witness her menstruation. In Thai this is called 'men' the same Thai name as 'bad smell'. There are some taller women in Thailand who are easily angered if accused of being 'ladymen', and I once saw an accused ladyman who was actually a real women so angry that she returned from the toilet with a sanitary napkin, which was soiled and threw it at a 'punter' in anger at being labelled a ladyman because of her height. From what a professional lady told me they get a kind of watered down quickie SRS, the cost is cheap about $1,200 or $1,500, but do not get the hospital treatment or have the required sanitary environment their Western counterparts receive. Thus the chance of infection is great. Some even receive it via unskilled surgeons and get mutilated. It is unfortunate but they just do not have the money for the better SRS doctors. From what I heard from an American friend who is TS, the best Dr. in Thailand for this procedure is Dr. Preechra at the Nursing Home, he has his own clinic and usually does corrective surgery from SRS surgeons who are unskilled and make such mistakes as you mentioned, one of those bad doctors is Dr. Pichet of the Pichet Clinic. The better SRS doctors in Thailand like Dr. Suporn studied under Dr. Preechra and are the second generation. They charge about $7,000. I never confuse a transgender personn (ladyboy or tgirl) with a crossdresser, for the second one it's only about sexual pleasure, for the first one it's really "an absolute necessity to act anytime as a woman" (code civil francais). Now, we are also human personn, and we have the right to like, dislike or just ignore this personn ... it's up to us also to know what is good for us. Ladyboys are a woman born into a a male body. To feel complete they change their bodies to reflect what they really are. They are not just gay males who feel homophophic so they dress and change their bodies to female. Many are not even interested in males, they remain heterosexual, it is a 50/50, at least my TS American friend told me. On the intelligence level, they are usually above main stream society, but main stream society will never accept them or fully understand them.
