This airline seems to be flying BKK-Milan and BKK-Rome for about B16,000 round trip.

It seems to be a standard issue budget airline, no frills, no assigned seats or inseat entertainment.

True, but I didn't see any images of the inside of the plane, which is a little worrisome. . .

The airline you are referring to is probably "Blue Panorama" as Blue Express is the name of its subsidiary that operates in Italy and Europe only.

I have never tried this airline, but based on italian friends opinion and what I read in some airline website my suggestion is : AVOID IT, BY ALL MEANS :)

For your information on the MXP-BKK route they use an old and tired B767-300, with no personal video (unless you fly ih their ridicolous sort of business class, called blue class), crampy seats and unedible meals.
