Posted this in CNX forum..but no response!! My wife and our kids (and I!) have moved back to the UK. Her family have failed to pay the electric, phone TOT/CAT, water and true bills. All disconnected. Anyone know the reconnection costs? If not do we start again?..Presumably not difficult as long as all arrears paid? Are they the same nationwide or do they vary from Jangwat to Jangwat?...This is CNX.

I have had this issue with Electricity and Phone when I have been out of the country and missed paying, both were switched back on when the bill was paid with no extra, I think I paid a couple of hundred extra though with True internet. This was bangkok
