I recently Bought a CD off Ebay, it was delivered to my address in Bangkok, on time and no problems. I heard stories of some people Having to pay Customs tax

even for getting a tshirt sent from abroad.

So why did i not get taxed for my New CD? Will i have problems if i buy a few books or mabye even a hat instead?

I have seen it reported that packages for under 1,000 baht ($25) don't have duty applied. http://www.customs.go.th/Customs-Eng/Posta...e=PostalParcels

i.e. Single CD - probably OK, Two or more CDs, you might get duty.

However, as with customs in most countries, not all packages are picked up by customs (which is a fairly manual process), so you might/might not get duty, especially on smaller packages, and especially when not using one of the big international shippers (Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT - the problem is they're fully computerised, so it's easier for customs to pick up the packages requiring duty) - on the other hand, the Thai Post office has a reputation for packages going missing.

The general rule is, assume you'll have to pay duty, and if it doesn't get applied, be happy.
