robsamui
Just a check..... I have a one-year non immigrant O, multiple entry visa. On entering the country, I received a 90-day stamp, and must do a border run every subsequent 90 days. Am I right to assume that I do not need to report to immigration that I am staying for more than 90 days? (I'm leaving the country every 88 days, but I'm confused!) Advice appreciated. kenkannif
That's correct. You only need to report if you are here for 90 days or longer at a time.
chuang
Just a curiosity... I have a one-year retirement visa and was given a one-year stamp when I visited Chiangmai. I wonder is it the same visa you talking about....
dr_Pat_Pong
If you have a one year extension you have to report to Immigration every 90 days
