This begs the question of how remarkably stupid a person could be to not be able to keep a story straight about a mugging. However, with prior arangement from your bank you can have that extended to 300k - 500k per day and up to 500k in addition, to be used for bill payment services. So, in theory, you can have your std. savings account ATM card setup for a max. withdrawal for 1 mil. in one day without your bank calling up to see if anything is out of the ordinary.
