spaceshipcrew Posted July 11, 2009 Share Posted July 11, 2009 Never ending trouble with T&TT Maxnet internet connection made me start to log all complaints like downtime, speed and the way it's handled by the callcenter 1103 (often giving a second headache) Also the times you be forwarded to another staff, how often they asked your phonenumber etc. you can log here if you want. TT&T office in Kadsunkeaw shoppingmall, Chiangmai handles it very well, sometimes get discounts etc. Giving them a copy of the log makes it easier for them to handle.
