Can anyone tell me which is best for shopping...

Nong khai....or Poi Pet ....or Chong Mek.

All 3 are border market places.

Anyone been to these places and can recommend one over the other ?

Poi Pet is where you can get alot of second-hand stuff.

Chong Mek: deer horn, water buffalo horn, cheap handcraft from Laos.

Depends of course of what you are looking for.

Poi Pet markets are quite the interest for odds and sods.......any particular items you might be looking for?

Not really, been to Poi pet, so wondering if should go back there or try the Laos one for something different, but want to know if the Laos one is as large as the PP one and has much of the same crap ?
