Taking Teenage Daughters To Beer Bars

Just wanted to know what people about fathers taking their teenage daughters to the red light beer bars

while on holidays?

I noticed a father take his duaghters to Bangla road bars. Seems to me that the father just wants to get his jollies off surrounded by bar girls

and not having any consideration for how his daughters would feel. His daughters looked so bored and sad.

Why do people treat ther children with no dignity???? Very sad

What would you do if you were the father?

My daughter Is two and a half now, and I have no Issues with her going to the bars with myself. She enjoys dancing to the music, and has a really good time. She first went when she was 6 months old.

Lots of the gilrs are our friends and neighbours, so we do not see them as maybe you do - bar girls.

In fact they are just ordinary human beings doing something that could be frowned upon. It's a means to an end, and puts food on somebodys table. Is that a real crime??

I feel that she Is very safe when we are out, and I'd rather trust lots of the girls rather than some of my so called friends.

I would not be happy with h** playing with my kid, and so I would not go to them areas with my child who is 15 months old now or when they are old enough to drink legally. kids should not be around bars and pubs.

I don't have a problem with the girls, but I do have a problem with some of the farang who hang around there.

My daughters are older, but I have a 16-yr old son. Since he was about 12 I have taken him into a beer bar for a Coke and a game of pool, and made no issue of the girls. He has always been well-treated and treats the girls with the same respect as he would anyone else. So do I.

As it happens, I go there for a beer and a game of pool and nothing more, and my wife often comes with me. The girls know us and don't try it on, and I have never worried about my son there - although I wouldn't be comfortable about him going to other places that we don't know on his own.

As for dignity - my son gets a good example of it from the girls, and an object lesson in the lack of it from some of the farang who get in there.

daughters with him to red light soi's. Not a very healthy enviroment in my opinion and just show how selfish some fathers can be. Putting

their own sexual gratification ahead of having a happy welll "balanced" holiday

How do you know he wasn't happily married and his wife wasn't in the hotel with a headache, and was just having a bit of harmless fun. I very much doubt he was going to sleep with any of these girls in front of his daughters.

At the end of the day all teenagers are different. Some have lived sheltered lives, some are very clued up. If you deem your kids to be grown up enough to understand the ways of the world then what's the harm. If they're not ready for harsh realities then you don't expose them to them. If you are that easily offended I think maybe Patong isn't the place for you, because at the end of the day you will see a lot worse than that.
