For a development that is approx 18 months old the bad workmanship and use of inferior materials is already starting to show. Cracks almost two inches have appeared all around the base, look aupwards and the cracks are everywhere. Absolute cowboy workmanship, could see that when they were constructing it. Be warned, this developement is something to stay well clear of!!!
