Pattaya, July 30 [PATTAYA ONE NEWS] : Lewd acts involving foreigners are becoming increasingly frequent. One reason for this is the lack of understanding of Thai Law, which was demonstrated in a case which occurred at 3.30 on Thursday Morning. Police were called to the Central Pattaya Road in front of the Top’s Supermarket following reports of three foreigners engaging in a sexual act inside a parked car. Officers arrived and spotted two women and a man in various stages of undress. Sexual acts were clearly taking place and Police were obliged to break up the threesome. The three foreigners were identified as Russians and the male participant claimed he was a Russian Police Officer. All three claimed that what they were doing would have been acceptable in Russia; however a Police Officer quickly informed the three that this was Thailand and they must understand that Thai Laws and Cultures must be respected and adhered to. All three were asked to pay fines and were then sent on their way with a warning to keep their emotions in check until they were back in their Hotel room.
