I recently applied for a non-immigrant B visa at one of the Honorary Thai consuls in the US. However, what I received back appears to have no classification, as the stamp says nothing more than "Non-Immigrant visa". I have found nothing on the web about a non-immigrant visa without a classification (B, O, etc.). Is this a mistake?

I will contact them tomorrow morning, but does anyone have a quick answer about this for me?

Thanks

It should have a classification on it. Ask the issuing Consulate. It should be in the middle of the visa.

Today I have been unable to reach anybody at the issuing consulate. In the middle of the stamp all it says is "Non-Immigrant Visa", nothing else.
