Student Needs Help For Research Project!

Hello all Thaivisa Members,

I am a student in the UK and am currently doing my dissertation on different leadership styles and cultural differences between Thailand and the West. As a consequence I needed to get in touch with some expatriate managers in Thailand in order to complete my research.

If you are an expatriate manager in an organisation (or your own business) in Thailand and you have experience in leading Thai teams, I would be glad if you could help me out here. Ideally you will be working in the hotel industry, but also other sectors are of good use as long as you have experience in working with Thai teams. If you are willing and able to help me, I would appreciate if you could fill in a questionnaire for me.

You can either PM me or just leave me a note on this forum. I will then forward the questionnaire to you.

Maybe the problem is a lack of the calibre people you are seeking on this forum, if you would read a few posts this would soon be self evident. try any Taksin related post for a quick start.
