I googled and came up with these -

I have no personal experience from the listed spas (only heard of them), perhaps some ladies here would give you feedbacks from the list.

Haven't seen you in ages Explorer. :)

You could try Squeeze Me in Silom, soi Pipat. It belongs to my Mrs. Mention ThaiVisa and I'm sure she'll give them a good price.

Edit: hmmm...website doesn't seem to be working...

I will have to confess to having zero expertise in this matter. I don't spend my money on spas, manicures, pedicures, facials etc.

Now, clothes, shoes and purses is another story :D

This is a bit late for the OP but anyone else looking in the Silom/Sathorn area, there is a small spa very close to the Silom Skytrain station. It's about 100m down Soi Saladaeng as you walk from Silom Rd. The owner speaks fluent English. They have a small menu of treatments but they are really good prices. It's newly removated and spotlessly clean. If I could remember the name I'd post it here (the owner renamed the shop when she renovated it)!!! It doesn't appear on the spa list posted earlier.
