Maxnet Adsl Diagnosis Please!

I am 'testing' Maxnet's Premier service in Bor Sang (CM area) and while I am 'somewhat' happier than the Indy service I currently do subscribe to, the following screen shot of my modem troubles me. Is there a problem here?

Your upload is bad. Very low signal quality and the router has to put a lot of power in the line to send information.

This phone line is the problem here. Check the box where the outdoor cable is connected to the indoor cable, and check the last box before the router.

Seems to be there is noise on the line but only on the frequencies used on the upload. Your download link is virtually perfect, attenuation indicates you are very close to the DSLAM (the thing at the other side of your phone line).

More thinking along the lines of a bad ADSL filter (the little device allowing you to use phone and internet simultaneously), or some iffy other device somewhere on the line (fax or answering machine)...
