Quick question, I'd been planning to apply for a fiancee visa but lost my job a few weeks ago. I'm now working on a relief / temp basis and expecting to be offered a short term contract in the next couple of weeks which shall last until 31/3/09, the income during this period shall surpass minimum requirements, would this be sufficient for the application??

Haha, well spotted, 31/3/10 it is. There shouldnt be any problem finding a different job in that time or work may even continue past that date, so financially I dont view it as a problem, just keen to start the application process once the contract is signed if this is ok.

If you have all your paper work up to date IE, Bank statements and all the rest including past job references , you should be OK , the main thing will be where you live ,my friend got his and he did not have Job.so it can be done
