I recently purchased a Samsung 21" tv and obtained the internet address of the Samsung download centre to get an English version of the user manual. I got this from the UK site. Thai Visa will not let me tell you what it is!

However, I had no luck trying to get an English manual for Samsung washing machine as it is an Asian model. Korean and Thai Samsung websites are not English 'friendly'. Same problem, incidentally, with my Yamaha Fino. Why don't they recognise that a lot of farangs speak English and buy stuff here?

What I do know is that, when we purchased the Samsung washing machine the staff at Tesco Lotus advised that any warranty related repairs would be carried out through Index Living Mall near the new immigration office.

Haven;t had to do this yet - hope this continues! But worth a try mate.
