Where can I buy some ?? There was a man from Belgium in Chiang Rai that was selling pickled Bismark herring (half fillet ) but he went bust , then there was a German in Phuket that was making them so I hear but no longer.

Also jars of Cockles would be nice, not thai but british ones.

I have seen them in the past at Friendship supermarket on South rd Pattaya, as for cockles I have never seen any jars of UK one's here, only packs of local cockles in Fodland on Pattaya Klang, couldn't you just add vinegar and pepper.
