Can anyone help,my neighbour has aquired a small dog three days ago,she keeps in a cage 3ft x 2ft its done nothing but yap for three days/two nights.We/my Wife has spoke to her in the nicest possible way but her reaction was a smile and a nod of the head (as usual),Phuoya Ban is not that interested (he has four dogs three cats,three turkeys and a load of free road/street chickens) we live in a small village outside town (bhanok) as its called by Thai,s,any advice,info would be appreciated,please no sarcastic replies,it realy is making us nervous wrecks,i know what i would like to do but its unprintable. :)

Offer compensation to the Phooyai Ban (or alternative village dog trainer/lover)

to teach the dog owner & house train the dog, take it off her hands for some time.

In our case, it turned out to be the ice-cream seller/local dog breeder who did the

talking ... and the dogs - never came back - end of story.

Thank you for your advice,Phooyai Ban got involved after more neighbours complained,problem resolved have not heard the dog for a day now (fingers crossed),Best Regards Woralak. :D
