now that maxinet is TrippleT I can no longer pay using Bangkok Bank online since the reference #1 is one number longer than the site will allow, and there are two Reference #s instead of one. I sent a message to BB but of course no response. Has anyone figured out how to pay online with BB. I had to go to the bank, stand inline and it took the poor guy forever with lots of paperwork produced just to pay this simple bill. TIT

I had the same problem. First had to work out who TripleT were and why they were sending me a bill. Then could not pay with Bangkok Bank because of the account number thingy. Fortunately I have a Bank of Ayudha account as well and that one worked so no queues for me.

I pay mine with BB no problem....... go to ADD PAYEE......it is listed under "Internet" "TripleT"

How do you do this? I have 2 different customer numbers and they are both 10 digits long. BB only allows a maximum of 9 digits in the customer reference.

My understanding is that TT&T are in some kind of financial trouble.

TT&T office here in Chiang Mai would not accept payment at their office and told me to go to KTB to pay which I did.

7/11 would not accept payment :)

Funny, you know I never noticed that, but I see now that the last digit (in my case a 1) is dropped. So only the 9 digits show up on the BB site.

I use it that way and enter the ref2 number and all goes thru ok.

I find the TT&T situation bizarre.

I went in last week to pay a couple of bills. They told me TOT and TTT had merged. But when i asked to pay my Maxnet bill they told me I now had to go to KTB. For my TOT bill I had to go to a TOT office (or, i think, a 7/11). Bizarre.

I asked them what would happen if I wanted to suspend the Maxnet account for a while and they told me I had to pay 200baht a month for a suspended line. I hesitated to ask "but what am I paying for?"

Which brings me to a question. I remember having to sign a year's contract. Is that still the case if I don't want a modem or anything? Can i cancel my acount, change companies, and just start paying month by month? What are the alternatives?

cheers
