Look at www.ipipi.com, US$34 for 350 SMS . (10% discount offer until March 10th) US$7 for 50 SMS , then you have international access to SMS from any computer worldwide and it says mobile plus it also says you can send emails from your phone. (I haven't got my head round those yet!).
