I need a good map explaining the layout of Thailand (showing all the Provinces, districts and Subdistricts and whatever else there is).

It must be in English. The maps I have found before in Chiang Mai were all in Thai. Please let me know where I can find it.

I am in America now and I will move to Chiang Mai in 2 weeks.

Thank you.

Try this to start with; the link is in German but even a child would know what Nord or Nord-Ost is.... :)

The Roadway Thailand Atlas & Maps (produced by Groovy Maps) are dual language & IMO excellent products. I'm surprised you didn't see them in Chiang Mai as you can pick them up in virtually any bookstore, I bought my latest version in Buriram, but you can also buy them direct from Groovy Map, not sure if it's ok to post the link, so google groovymap.com, scroll down the home page & the roadway maps are towards the bottom of the left hand menu.

If the map(s) are required for travelling, would recommend your getting a GPS navigation system. These are relatively inexpensive, and can save all kinds of grief whilst travelling. I drove from Phuket to Chiang Mai and back a few months ago, the the GPS proved invaluable. I also lent it to a friend a couple of months ago, who travelled from Phuket to Udon Thani. He also bought his own as soon as he returned.
