August 20, 200916 yr very interesting, and im sure a lot of truth in it,my wife drinks 2 litres through the night !,shes in perfect health,..ive also met 2 foreigners in pattaya that ONLY drink beer, and i mean ONLY,for breakfast lunch and dinner, they dont look so good, one has awful gout ( may be unrelated ) the others skin is like leather ( probably the 60 smokes a day not helping ),, Edited August 20, 200916 yr by SMEEERE
August 20, 200916 yr good points..this is my 7th time to Thailand ( usually stay about 10 weeks ), and the desire to drink beer by 5 pm is often strong for me. However, the desire to not get up about 6 times a night to piss and drink water is an even stronger desire..so I am avoiding the beer as much as possible ( I like 5 to 6 beers on occasion ), and just getting up once in the night for a sip or drink of water is much better. Water wins every time over beer ( except when you've had 2 and want another) 0)
August 20, 200916 yr Water will be scarce soon - if it isn't already and it's needed for growing crops and raising cattle and poultry, besides fish do all sorts of things in it - why the heck should one consider water is "healthy"? Unless it's a promotion campaign from Perrier and Evian! I stick to beer, plenty of water way over 90% and many other goodies' in there AND CERTAINLY NO "Montezuma's Revenge"..... I am a health fanatic! And highly socially engaged, that why I leave the little what is left, for those who can;t effort to drink beer!
August 20, 200916 yr #1. 75% of people are chronically dehydrated. (Likely applies to half the world population) huh? If it's 75% of half the world population, then that's 37.5%.
