My dictionary defines แอด as n. adv. a creaking sound, a creak

But that's wrong for the context I'm seeing it in, which is someone posting their IM handle:

แอดมาคุยกันน้ะ

So I'm assuming its a borrowed or slang word, but I can't guess it.

My dictionary's old so it could be a computer term, too.

Thats the meaning according to my wife :D

Aed ma kui gun na

Could it be the person's name, Aed?
