ETA - when is it happening?
Thought I might post as I just returned to Thailand after a two night stay in Vientiane, Laos. Let me state that everything was in order … Marriage Extension good until next year, Re-Entry Permit purchased at Chiang Mai Immigration (with a reminder that my 90 Report would be from the date of re-entry. OK. Ready to re-enter Thailand … not so fast. Your have to register via the app. Thankfully my Thai Wife was present. Back outside, a Thai Immigration Assistant opened the app, entered the info … Passport #, name, citizen of, traveling from where reason for visiting Thailand (Yo! I am a resident for 14 years as reflected in my Passport … right, jai yen, yen … city of birth, Passport issued where, expiration date, etc. OK, back to the Immigration Officer, digital finger print and stamped in. Still a bit of a challenge to me … all information is already on file with Royal Thai Immigration … right, sabai, sabai!!! -
