For my Information, can anyone tell me whether US, UK or Australian Governments are issuing Work Permits for Qualified IT professionals on the basis of owning a Website or Internet Based Business or Internet Based Offshore Software Development work, without having a registered Company to sponsor?

Assume the income from above Personal Businesses transferred to the respective country and the person will pay Personal Income Taxes to the respective Government.

In continental EU it's legal , you are a business like the others business (taxes, WP , ....).

but I repeat, it's in CONTINENTAL Europ. There is a professional  U K acountant who post sometimes, I suppose he can tell you what about the rules in United Kingdom.
