Thats what I was thinking too, but was hoping there is someone who actually tried it?> Anybody have experience with HK or Sing Paypal accounts? can you withdraw in USD? I have a friend who has lots of monies in his paypal and the paypal imposed exchange rate is killing him, not to mention the 125k a day limit on withdrawals to a thai bank account - so he is trying to figure out the best way to get teh monies withdrawn on a regular basis.
