Your spelling shows that you have been in Thailand for perhaps five minutes but to be generous we'll make it a couple of days

And no ! Laos Kips are worthless even in Thailand.

I know that you are looking for some one going to Laos. But even at the border between Laos and Thailand you will be lucky to get 50 % of what you exchanged your Baht for what you got in Kip when entering Laos.

Just throw them in to one of the plastic donation bins at the airport.

I once had a bath with a girl named Kip and it didn't cost 3,516 Thai Baht

On the Laos border you can exchange Kips to Bahts or Bahts to Kips with 0% commission,

if that is what you are trying to say...

and excuse me for my spelling, changing language allday long from thai to english to dutch & to french can be confusing.

Just drop it into one of the boxes for the orphanages like the others have suggested. Or the boxes to feed the homeless dogs or something. They can use it.
