How Fast Is Internet With The Edge Card

Featured Replies

I would like to know is the edge card is fast enough, to put it better faster dan the normal telephone line?????

OK my turn

Dutch123 ..... you need to be respectful to your fellow members by making a little effort on your own.

Do a search in the Internet forum for the word EDGE and you'll find your answer and many many more very quickly.

This time ...... yes it is faster than dialup but only where EDGE is presently available which is greater Bangkok and right now only with DTAC.

I am very glad with all the response I get Paul!!!! All you senior guys help me alot. But I am looking for a user someone with exper. on the topic. Someone who has bought a card himself and using the edge card.

Maybe I did explain my problem very good, but that is because I am not a english teacher!!!!!!!!!

In Thailand AIS has great coverage for EDGE. As long as you live in Siam Square or Silom, you'll be happy. Pretty lame really.

Well im using the Edge Phone AIS to conect to the internet...LEt me tell you DUTCH123... nowadays even if u got a GPRS internet connection in thailand it will slow down from time to time... as more and more users using it and makes ur conection slow down....
