Pupik Posted September 4, 2009 Posted September 4, 2009 Receiving my TOT bill in the company's name the withholding tax must be paid monthly. How must the withholding tax papers be handled? Where can the bill be paid and the withholding tax be deducted at the same time? Is there an option without going directly to the concerned TOT office - because too far away?
opalhort Posted September 4, 2009 Posted September 4, 2009 If possible try to set up an auto deduct from you company bank account. When we started (TOT lines in company name) there was an option to let us select who shall pay the withholding tax. Select TOT and you won't have to bother about it anymore. No monthly declaration needed on your part. We also have a TRUE line in company name. Can't pay online or at pay-point or 7-11, but no problem to pay at any TRUE counter. Never bother about withholding tax, TRUE will take care of it. opalhort
opalhort Posted September 4, 2009 Posted September 4, 2009 Please note that what I told about our payments to TRUE may not be 100% legal, but we have not had any problem for many years. These companies declare their income correctly and pay their taxes, so the withholding tax is a non-issue. opalhort
