Tabian Bahn

Recommended Posts

Hi Hi

We are about to sell our house, we have a interested buyer investor who has paid a large deposit, extremely lucky in this current economic climate, and we also plan to rent the same property from the buyer.

What's the situation with the Tabian Bahn (BLUE house registration book), what normally happens with it in this situation, the Mr's said we have to turn-it-in to the respective local authority and she's reluctant to do this as it may cause other administration problems later down the road.

Tabien Baan has nothing to do with ownership of property. If the new owner accept you keeping Tabien Baan and even beeing registered as resident in Tabien Baan thats fine with government.
