Change Of Visa Type

Featured Replies

Hi can anyone tell me how to go about changing my multi entry non im O visa to non im B.

I entered on non im O which is good until the 16th May, however, I have since secured employment and therefore, I need to change it to non im B for the wp etc. The question is how and where do I change it and what paperwork do I need. I currently live in UdonThani, but will be relocating to BKK within the next 4 weeks for work.

Many thanks in Advance for all help. :o

Hi Mickey -

You do not need to change your visa or entry permit. You may routinely apply for a work permit with a non-immgrant entry permit issued against a Class O visa - that is how my work permit was obtained.

Once you recah Bnagkok, my company can handle obtaining work permit for you - come see us at location shown at: http://www.thaistartup.com/contact.html

Bring with you:

Marriage certificate

Signed copy of wife's ID card and house registration

Papers (dipoloma or transcript) documenting your highest educational level achieved.

Cheers!
