That way you can get rid of the hair permanently over time. If you are interested i can recommend a place i went to for some hair removal. Ive seen guys with tops off who have a bit extra hair on their bodies and backs, and personally i can understand if he wishes to remove it. The reference to Phuket is because i imagine he wants to enjoy some sunbathing/swimming etc and not feel self-conscious about hair. Hes just a guy taking pride in his image. Good for him!
