Isolating Problem

From this morning the internet has been unusable at my place in Pattaya(ttt or 3bb premier 2/1mb). There isn't any topics so I'm wondering if anyone been having similar problems today?

Thats bbc below, strangely I don't get any result but time outs when pinging bangkokpost.

Speedtest gives 800 - +4000ms latency to London, unable to down- or upload.
