By the way I am not a troll <{POST_SNAPBACK}> There is a Thai Social Club of Sorts in between Camberley and Frimley in surrey at a pub called the Crab and Dragon ask for either Kevin and Oum or the manager Oat, the nearest wat is Wimbledon and there is a thai retreat near Redhill in Sussex hope this info helps!! the thai club used to be at our house in farnborough but we emigrated in 96 ,there is quite a large thai community in the bracknell winnersh area also, Nignoy Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

My wife and I will be back to los on the 27th March for one week, she has to go back to her old school in Surin to get all her leaving papers signed, she used to be a teacher in the goverment school, we will then holiday in Jomtien for a week stay at the DD INN or Talay Jomtien cheap but cheerfull. db1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I met the abbot and he is a good sort, and is the only one I ever heard of who makes a genuine effort to bridge the Thai and English cultures. http://www.thailand-uk.com/buddhism.html Otherwise head to the nearest Thai restaurant, and chat to them there...
