You might consider trying the salon supply store I visited across from Central World. It might have moved by now, not sure but they also had lots of makeup there too so its worth a look. Go past the BigC heading towards the Pratunam area, there is a small side street next to a bank and the salon supply store is just down there on the right hand side.

The baking supplies aisle of Foodland or Villa; or a bakery supply store?
