My housemate will be moving out next month from our 2 bedroom condo in Nong Hoi near the Mae Ping Police station (about 5 k from the center of town). The place is very basic, but nice. Monthly rent is 4,500 baht split between 2 people + an additional 200 baht for utilities. No A/C, no internet. I can elaborate on the place if you are still interested after reading the above.

I will be leaving by April or sooner and am currently waiting to hear back from my landlord about whether or not we can do a month to month lease. I would be willing to host a person for a month or 2.

I am willing to rent a room in a house for no more than 3,000 baht/month. As you might imagine, I am not too picky about amenities, but mostly interested in staying close enough to my office to avoid too much rush hour traffic.
