Anyone able to use their own SIP server over the internet with ToT ?

I dont mean software. eg. skype etc.

It seems like they are blocking port 5060 on their firewall or trying to NAT it which will not work for SIP. I can get round it using IAX2, but will need to buy another phone and most are pretty crap and not walk about phone likes most decent SIP VOIP phones.
