You can get them in six packs at Tops, pretty sure that they are cheaper than 190 a bottle.

Just checked today and the Tops next to PhayaThai 2 hospital is selling the green Coopers Ale for 100 baht a bottle.

I still wouldn't buy it though, even at that price!
