Lawyer Needed For Visa

Featured Replies

Hello all

Looking for a suggestion for a good lawyer who can speak fluent english to help my wife fill out her spousal visa forms for Canada properly and honestly.

If anyone has a suggestion please let me know.

Why do you need a lawyer to fill forms in, unless she cannot speak English very good , Do it yourself, that way you will get the form filled in properly and honestly, its not rocket science

PM me, I can recommend a great company in BKK who sorted out all for my g/f to come to the UK. They also deal with Visa's to Aus, US and CAN, very reasonably priced, and money back if they don't get you the visa.

If using a Thai based company, make sure that they are properly qualified and regulated in Canada. That is a qualified Canadian lawyer or a member of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants.

Beware using an agent in Thailand, many are unqualified and mere form fillers. Do not believe anyone who promises you that they will refund their fee if you don't get the visa. If you were to be refused they will always point to something in the small print to explain why you don't qualify for a refund! Try telling them that you will pay their fee once you have the visa and see what happens!
