I was told categorically more than once by a Thai Government Officer at Immigration last week that 'Farang cannot sell Condo without a work permit' a contention I questioned having sold one earlier in the Year without a work permit, the officers belief in the law clearly subsequently led him to believe I was either a liar or a criminal, either conclusion dooming my immigration application.

Further comment is futile.

Were you trying to get him to buy it?

Dont need one to buy, so why would you need one to sell.

TAlk to Land Department , not immigration - its not their domain.
