Kenyan Re Entry Visa?

Featured Replies

My girlfriend is from Kenya. I am aware how she applies for her visa in Nairobi which is valid for 60days and we can extend for a fee by a further 30days.

My question is how does she then re enter Thailand without going back to Kenya. I have a home and a retirement visa and am British and we plan to travel extensively throughout Asia and Australasia making Phuket our base - we do not plan on going back into Kenya - is it possible for a Kenyan to complete a visa run to KL, or Singapore, or Burma etc and get a new visit/tourist visa on arrival back in the Kingdom, or does she HAVE TO return to Kenya??

Thank you in anticipation

As long as she has a valid entry stamp in her passport, she can apply for a re-entry permit

at the immigration office. This will allow her to leave and renter using the same visa,

with in the 60 day.

1000 baht for single re-entry permit, 3800 baht for multi re-entry permit. Obtain at local immigration office. You should enter the re-entry permit number (not the visa number) in the visa number box on the immigration arrival Form TM6. Note re-entry permit will only be valid for current permission to stay period.

I think he is asking about obtaining a new Visa after her 90 days are over.
