Cooling Vests?

Featured Replies

Anybody here use cooling vests to make Thailand more tolerable? I'd be interested to know how many hours it works and if it causes condensation or not. I'd actually prefer one that extended down into the crotch area.... then I could wear full business suits without any problem at all! :)

It seems to be effective for these dogs in Iraq:

Why not get a couple of your own made up?

The price of these things is exorbitant so much cheaper DIY.

Get some of those thin cooling packs, Snowpak springs to mind as a Thai brand.

Pop along to your local garment manufacturer with your favourite vest/business suit and ask them to stitch in some extra holding pockets, simple, and would save getting on for $200.

NASA has one for say $1.4m - might get you noticed on Soi Six

This bird pulling vest extends down into the crotch area and should keep you cool. You could even wear it under your buisness suit and "nobody would know" :)
