Sukhumwit Soi 36 - Soi/yak 4

I am just wondering if there is a potential short cut there to get to Carrefour Rama IV via Sukhumwit Soi 36, Yak 4????

Yes you can get to rama IV using soi 36, but you will need to make a small detour, as you would need to u-turn to get to carrefour. (which you can do about 100 meters further.

No, that is not what I mean. Yes, Suk 36 goes to Rama IV, then you Uturn and turn into Carrefour from the Tesco side of Rama IV... What I am asking is if you can turn right on Yak 4 and backdoor it to Carrefour without using Rama IV.
