The previous buyer claims to have a problem with the bank in order to purchase his condo. He has said he wanted it but cannot confirm now and said he will let me know next week.

This condo is still avaliable. 4th floor, 66.5 sqm. Room 413, Zenith Place, corner of Sukumvit Soi 71/1 and Sukumvit.

Save 470,000 baht now if buying. Before their 10% discount went down to 5%, so the other new 66.5 sqm room on the 4th floor is 3,657,000 baht. Our contract is only 3,185,000 baht....

Total down paided already. Expected to finish in about 4 months, they said yesterday when went to et their updated prices and take pictures.
