Somrak
Immigration Sakon Nakhon This immigration is open but not functional. Up to the beginning of November they not can give visas (no stamps). Witch of you is short on time still has to go to Nakom Phanom. Witch has time left, is advised do go to the new office in Sakon Nakhon short before his visa runs out. The office stays next to the policestation but there is no sing outside. If you com from Udon you have, after the 2-line-street ends, to drive straight any hundred meters. Then the street makes a turn to the right (only way to go). The next street you go right (you will see the policestation at the right) and the next street right again. At the end of this street, at the right side, is the immigration. But up to yesterday there was no signboard outside! You can see one, if you look to the windows inside the building.
