About The Big Company In Bkk

Hi, when i go in central bkk i see many company franchising, like a mcdonalds, but little more small, like mr donuts, and many many other, for frappè, sweet, ecc..

but i check sometimes if have good business or not. many of this company, no have customers. i know in a place like near bts and pratunam, the price for rent shop around amount? i think near 3-10k us dollars.. and the balance customers? very low. impossible have money for personal, rent and food.

i want speak for this.

how you think about big company in thailand? only passive balance or not?
